43. The Recovery

Posted by Dr. Dheena Sadik in , ,

Going through a post- break up Syndrome? Well, You are still awesome! Don't let the break up demon consume the BEST in You. After all, it already broke a bond you created, shared and valued. Dust it off. You owe the optimism to yourself. Its never easy if you had genuinely put in the extra effort in creating that covalent bond, tolerating warts and nursing wounds. As you recover you would be amazed how much strength you still have saved deep within your soul. It only makes you a more tolerant soldier in the bittersweet war we sugar-coat as love.

Remember, at this point your age simply does NOT matter! You maybe 19, 47 or 69; You still deserve to turn over a new leaf. A fresh start, another chance to be appreciated. Believe in yourself and be determined, once again you will be blessed with a worthy palm to hold and a warm shoulder to cry on. Everyone deserves to be loved and admired. Remember, nobody from Adam to Doom's Day will ever be perfect. Love is neither limited by age nor external beauty. It is an essential entity everyone needs till their last breathe, although some maybe too victimized via bitter experiences to admit this. May everyone be loved for the right reasons.

Breaking up is never easy. But, keep in mind that your destiny awaits for you when and where your least expecting it. Live each day to the fullest. Tammy

Thank You. It undoubtedly takes time to heal and then recover. Optimism and self-belief is the Key. When You get out of it head strong and shoulders back it makes a world of difference not only as how you are perceived by the world, but also how you feel about yourself.
