40. Inertia - The enemy.

Every now and then, after planning to undertake a task, you were unexpectedly held back by some insidious friction.These maybe neglected chores, extra time spent online or a new comedy that magnetized your attention stealthily. How much do we let these friction demons abduct minutes and hours away from our precious schedules? What's even more crippling about this weakness is the fact we make such attractive excuses and pamper them!

The next time you and I set a goal, lets beat out those little inertia mischief-makers. Often they brush out the most active segment of the day. It's ironic how we frequently realize how much time was wasted on those recycle bin entities only after we drain out our peak energy for the day. Let's try to live more disciplined and have less regrets.
