54. Your Mind

Posted by Dr. Dheena Sadik in , ,

You attract that which defines your own core. Your originality needs to be attracted out of You. Just like a drop of water flowing down a leaf. As much as it hydrates its path, it dances with joy on finding other drops along its journey, these together amalgamate gradually forming a stream that trickles in delight with liberty. Don't ever under-estimate the drop of your mind. Together with like mindedness we can achieve anything our minds desire.

Yes, Ralph, Indeed the Great meticulous plan is on. You should have more experience having the Alps in your vicinity! :)

Listen to Vishwas Mohan Bhatt and Ry Cooder- A meeting by the River- that is exactly how the music speaks to you as you sense every step of the journey of a drop of water as it trickles to meet others, becoming larger and more bountiful as it winds its ways towards its destination and its rush of joy as it becomes one with the sea and the cycle starts all over again....at least that was my interpretation of the 17 mins of joyful music.

when Ahmed Zwail was rewarded the Nobel Prize for the Vimto-Second discovery and the Camera that uses this technology to make us better understand what happens whithin atoms and molecules more closely, he said "it wasn't only me, it's the result of a group work, a team dedicated to science"
sometimes in a simple gathering with my friends, talking about sports, i say a word and a friend says another, at the end of the conversation, we find out that we've developed an opinion that is very true and we laugh so hard when we find some distinguished writers writing about the same thing we found out earlier, it's the amalgam formed of our thoughts altogether that resulted in this deep and true fact, and none of us alone would have come up with it... for a great sea with its waves of anger and depth of silence and a whole peaceful world living underneath it is just made of...drops of water!!

like an atom with it's positive and negative energy - balanced. As you go about life are you sending out positives or negatives? Remember, whatever you're sending out leaves you 'unbalanced' thus ATTRACTING the same back to yourself..... is your core made up of love? peace? non-judgment? grace? forgiveness? or hate, anger, chaos, judgment...

my core atom chooses the first group...... and you?

Thank You everyone!

Chuck- I agree about attracting that which we emit; However, regardless all the negativity some emit, there is SO much positivity embedded deeply WITHIN them as well. This is the very reason that makes us hope goodness even in the worst of situations. Nobody is absolutely good or bad except we are bound to make both good and unhealthy decisions and choices as we travel this journey. Some make more wiser choices than others and eventually than themselves as they grow. What matters is to keep learning and remain interested to perceive the maximum we can.

True, Dr Dheena....however, focusing on the negative and sending out negative brings the same back upon us..... I agree that each of us is inherently good/positive but in this instance I'm speaking of how we live our lives....what we are sending out to the Universe.

Chuck- Agreed. I have first hand experience of observing some of these individuals in my vicinity, so I can totally relate to the effects. There is a tendency to ACCEPT challenges as a part of life itself instead of dealing with them and using them as tools for growth. Its acutely contagious and has frustrating effects on those inevitably connected to them as well, Eg within family and close friends.

As long as people are willing to put up with crap or bad behavior..then guess what you just get more of the same. The minute you decide to take a stand, you empower others to take a stand and slowly but surely by right action a better world is created..it's down to each individual.

Marianne Williamson's quote (used by Nelson Mandela in his Presidency acceptance speech)...
Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

Thank You Kajen. This is spectacular!

"Tat Tvam Asi"

... And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others ...

Brilliant ... Love these words from Marianne Williamson :)

Thank You Doc for all the Love & Light you bring to the World !

According to Dyer, the process of allowing, just being and embracing this heightened level of consciousness, goes back not to attracting what you want, but attracting what you are.

http://psychedelicadventure.blogspot.com/2009/08/wayne-dyer-power-of-intention.html

“You have to just be. You have to let go. You have to allow. You have to be free and make this your consciousness.” He continues, “Basically, what you would see is a frequency (of energy) that manifests itself through the process of giving, of allowing, of offering and of serving. It asks nothing back.”

:)
