Don't forget to laugh heartily when the child in you occasionally fumbles. Its the BEST stress buster!

absolutely, right... i think that even if ur hurt, sad or mad, just smile... coz u'll never know who might fall in love with that smile of urs, as some of the human traits shine outwards and show on ppl's face like kindness for instance, u can c if a person is kind from their eyes, smiling is quite the opposite, or.... it goes both ways.. it shines outwards and inwards, if ur sad and smile, u'll instantly feel better, laugh and you'll find urself happy, amazing how a simple act makes u feel completely different, it shines inwards... and it's contagious, u'll find everybody else laughing with you even if you're all sharing the same sad incident, it happens!!! it shines outwards :D
and u end up saying, wow, that's what they mean when they say "hardships make u laugh"... that's a saying in my country :)

As I said before, my 2 greatest principles are: l'AMOUR et l'HUMOUR ... LOVE and LAUGHTER [ Humor]!
I adore laughing... even at myself... it is a good way to peck at the EGO and create crevasses/ crevices in it so that it eventually crumbles!!!Then we become CHILDREN again as Jesus said: Unless you become children again, you will not enter the ... kingdom of heaven... I am NOT religious but I admire the way Jesus lived his life and passed on his wisdom a s "reported" in his words ! I find WISDOM in all religions but I do NOT want to become ADDICTED to anything ! Buddhism is not a religion but it is a philosophy full of wisdom... especially the idea of DETACHMENT...opposite of ADDICTION!!!I have a tendency to be eclectic and my SOUL has its own PROPENSITIES as to the FOOD it NEEDS!!

My friend said that you should laugh at yourself, before someone else does.
